Booking terms and conditions:

– All tour bookings must be done online and 48hrs in advance, please do not walk in to book.
– We accept all major credit cards/ Paypal.
– Please make a booking on this website and fill up the form. Once a slot is available for your booking, we will send you a payment instruction via email.
– Once the payment is received, we will send you a confirmation slip, just present the confirmation order number to us on the day of the tour.
– If you do not receive anything from us, please check your Junk/Spam folder.
– If you do not receive any emails in your Junk/Spam folder, drop us an email or call us.

We recommend booking early, below is our cancellation policy.

– 100% refund will be made if reservation is cancelled 2 days or more before riding day.
– 50% refund will be made if reservation is cancelled 1 day before riding day.
– No refund will be made if reservation is cancelled on the riding day.

Late or no show:

– If you are running late and unable get to our meeting point on time, we will wait up to 10mins. After that, it is taken as a no show.
– There is no refund for a no show.
