Tour questions:

  1. Any age limit to the bike tours?

Our bikes are adjustable for persons’ heights of 1.4m to 1.9m. For safety reasons, we do not allow children below 1.4m or the age of 12 in the bike tours.

We also do NOT provide child seats and kids bikes or double seats bicycle.

  1. What is the size of bike, walking and e-scooter tour?

For bike tour, minimum 2 and max 5 paxs.

For the walking tour, min 2 and max 10 paxs.

For e-scooter tour, min 2 and max 8 paxs.

  1. When should I take the tour?

Our bike and e-scooter tours is a city tour, it gives a snap short of the city highlights and helps to orientate you to the main attractions of the city in the shortest possible time.  

We will give you the personal touch of the highlights, after that, you decide if you want to dive in to those places and make the most out of your limited time here.

You may also take our walking tour which gives you an in depth understanding of our culture. 

  1. What to bring and what not?

Bring your camera and a little bit of cash.

Singapore’s weather is hot and humid and occasional downpour. Bring your cap, sunglasses and apply some sunblock may be considered.

  1. Where does the tour start and end?

Discovery Tour On The Religious Heritage of Singapore: Meeting/Ending point: Bencoolen MRT station exit A/Rochor MRT station.

Please refer to the meeting place in each itinerary, no pick-up services are provided.

Booking question:

  1. How to make a booking?

Please make a booking on this website, fill up the form and a payment instruction will be email to you to make payment.

Follow the instruction in the email to make payment.

Once the payment is received, we will send you a confirmation slip, just present the confirmation order number to us on the day of the tour.

All tour bookings must be done 48hrs in advance and online, please do not walk in to book.

We accept all major credit cards/Paypal.

We recommend booking early, below is our cancellation policy (see below).

– 100% refund will be made if reservation is cancelled 2 days or more before riding day.
– 50% refund will be made if reservation is cancelled 1 day before riding day.
– No refund will be made if reservation is cancelled on the riding day.

  1. What happens after booking?

You will receive a confirmation slip from us.

If you do not receive anything from us, please check your Junk/Spam folder.

If you do not receive any emails in your Junk/Spam folder, drop us an email or call us.

Safety questions

  1. Is it safe to cycle in Singapore?

Safety of our guests is our utmost concern, we cycle at a leisurely pace mainly on quiet streets, alleys, pavements and sidewalks.

Nonetheless, a small portion of the bike ride will be on the main road, just follow your tour guide’s instruction at all time and you will be fine.

  1. How’s the weather condition in Singapore?

Hot and humid with temperature ranging from 26 to 35-degree celsius, please wear casually and drink plenty of water before the ride starts. 

If it rains, ponchos will be provided and ride will continue if it is deemed safe by the TG.   

If it rains heavily, we will take shelter till the rain subsidizes to continue.  

If it rains heavily before the ride starts and prolongs beyond 45 mins, a full refund will be made or you may choose to have the tour arranged on another date.

Nonetheless, once the ride started, no refund is allowed.

Heavy downpour in Singapore is normally short lived.  

  1. Safety concern.

Safety is our Number 1 priority. We will not allow anyone to go on our tour if he or she is

  • incompetent on bike,
  • under influence (alcohol, drugs, etc.)
  • a nuisance to others in the group.
  • disregards Tour Guide’s instructions
  • deviates from route or cycles faster than the guide, etc.

No refunds provided for any of the above. Before departure you must attend a safety briefing from the TG and sign an agreement. You MUST follow our Guide’s instructions at all times.

  1. Is the food provided halal or kosher certified?

No.

All food provided are on sharing basis except drinks. 

  1. Insurance and liability.

By booking your tours with Easy Nomad, you agreed that our company and guides are not

liable for any damage, injury, losses, accidents, fatality etc…that may happen during the tour. 

We encourage that you purchase your own travel insurance to cover such eventualities if you

have a safety concern.
